Annual winter team trip - February 2017

February 20, 2017

Last week some of the team headed up to Glencoe for our annual winter trip.
With most of the snow melting and mild, wet, conditions - the first day was spent exploring around underneath Ben Nevis and hiking up to the CIC hut under the North face.
With a better weather forecast for day two, some of the team did the Aonach Eagach ridge in Glencoe and were treated to some spectacular views along the way.
Two other team members explored below Sgurr na h-Ulaidh( the peak of treasure) which is a munro hidden from view behind the more popular mountains of Glencoe.
A great few days were had getting familiar with and enjoying the beauty of the Scottish Highlands.
