The team were out training today on the A'Chir ridge which involved exploring various route options and letting probationary members see the complexity of the ridges steep and exposed granite tors, slabs and buttresses.
Two teams set off with one team traversing the ridge North to South via Fionn Choire and the other team traversing South to North via Beinn a'Chliabhain.
Much to everyones delight the rain stopped and there was even a brief sighting of the sun!
A great day was had exploring one of Arran's more difficult scrambles.
